Responsiveness as a Spiritual Practice

As a parent educator and teacher, I often say that there is no one single right way to parent or to teach, because different children need different supports to reach their fullest potential. We need to tune in to who the child is as an individual.

How do we take that idea and apply it more broadly? Unitarian Universalism is well-suited to responsiveness, because we are called to see the inherent worth and dignity of each person, and to supporting their free and individual search for meaning.
