MORE ABOUT THE NORTHLAKE SANCTUARY

The Northlake sanctuary accommodates from 20 to 225 guests. The sanctuary furniture can be arranged in a number of different configurations. The photos on this page and others show a variety of set-up options and decorating ideas: theatre style seating for weddings, concerts, or lectures can seat up to 225, round tables for receptions, dinner parties and luncheons can accommodate 185, or work tables can be set up for art workshops, quilting parties, or other events. Or, the floor can be cleared for exercise classes or for dancing at a reception, with space for a band on the stage.

The venue is large enough to be flexible—some smaller weddings have used the front half of the sanctuary for the ceremony while the back half is set up for the reception, or conferences have arranged theater seating in the front with tables for small group break-outs or lunch in the back.

The building is beautiful in its own right, and can accommodate a variety of decorations to suit your style.

Available equipment and amenities:

• 150 plush chairs and 85 metal folding chairs (it may be possible to arrange for additional plush chairs)
• Round and rectangular tables
• Audio system includes sound board, wireless, wired, and lapel mics, and T loop system for the hearing impaired.
• The back of the stage is a concave shape, which is excellent for sound transmission.
• Projector plus confidence monitor in the back of the sanctuary (can use our PC or connect to your laptop)
• The lobby of the sanctuary includes a coat rack and two restrooms
• The lobby can serve as a conversation area, or can accommodate caterers, buffet tables, or displays for gifts
• Small kitchenette upstairs or larger kitchen downstairs for your use or your caterers
• Grand piano (additional fee for use)
• Center aisle is ~50 feet long
• Loft area, restricted to musicians and photographers only, offers a great perspective for photographs/li>
• Wedding rentals include use of a bridal room downstairs, with a conference table, comfortable chairs and a full-length mirror
